Swiftwind Therapy is a place where you can restore Harmony, Peace, and Balance.  I draw upon a wide array of ancient healing modalities to inspire each person’s innate ability to heal, learn, and evolve to become conscious and present.  Modalities used include Therapeutic or Relaxation Massage Therapy, in addition to energy healing arts including Shamanic Healing, Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Drum Medicine, and other techniques. 

My vision for Swiftwind Therapy is to create a sacred space for the community to come to learn, heal, evolve, and become whomever they choose to be.  Through individual healing sessions, massage therapy treatments, teaching sessions, events, and volunteer efforts, it is important to me to bring the community through an authentic experience that is truthful and transformative to each person.  Whether the goals of each session is simply for pain management, restoration of range of motion, relaxation, energy balancing, removing blockages, restoring parts of the self, or undergo a full transformation, I strive to support your goals and encourage authenticity in every aspect.
